Build Advice Looking for advice on an upcoming build ($1800)

I'm planning on building a new PC within the next week and considering it's been a while since I last did so, I thought I'd ask for some proper advice on here for a list I put together. I'm looking to stick with an all-white theme as closely as possible and ideally within a budget of $1600-$2000 for just the PC itself (not including a monitor or peripherals). I'd love to keep it around $1800 but I'm not too sure if that would be possible with the current options. I'm also looking to keep the system as quiet as possible without significantly sacrificing performance.

My two main concerns right now are regarding the power supply:
  • Is 850W sufficient for my build?
  • Is Enermax a reliable PSU manufacturer or should I go with something more mainstream like an RM850e?
Location: North Jersey
Overclocking: Maybe
SLI or Crossfire: No
Monitor Resolution: 2560x1440

I would appreciate any suggestions and/or advice you might have, thanks!

Honestly, I think all those extra fans are unecessary, and will increase noise. This build is cheaper, and faster.
