Hey! So I'm building my first ever PC, which I'll mainly be using for Machine Learning development (building, training and testing models). My budget is around 1100€ ($1200). I'll be purchasing in 1 or 2 weeks from now on. As of what I've read, RTX cards are the way to go for my purposes. This is what I came up with so far:

Memory: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory (€82.90 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Storage: ADATA - XPG SX8200 Pro 512 GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive (€84.89 @ Alternate)
Video Card: Gigabyte - GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER 8 GB GAMING OC Video Card (€529.00)

Is there anything you'd modify on this build?
Also initially I was going with a 550W PSU, however someone suggested that I should be choosing a 650W one instead. Is it the case or will I be fine with 550W? Thank you!
