Looking for advice since I might have fried my PC

Ok. So after being bored and suffling my overclocks and shitting the bed in understanding when to stop my PC went unresponsive as in, after I opted back to defaults and turned the PC off thinking it still had some fight in it. Turns out now the only thing it does is spin its fans and Hard drives but refuses to send signals to Displays or keyboard, mouse, etc. Yet if I test the USB ports with my phone it begins to charge.

Now I've switched yhe GPU around with no avail. Same thing with PSU and RAM. So either the mobo is fried yet still somehow manages to function as a charging station. But I know that I'm not that smart so.... Thx in advance.

Could you clarify what happened? Im assuming you overclocked your pc and it wont turn on? You should reset your cmos and that should fix the issue for free. Your prob didnt kill any components.http://www.velocitymicro.com/SupportArticles/Article_619.php

Resetted my cmos and no change. But yeah pretty much it wont boot up anymore.

I have seen a motherboard issue after a failed overclock where cmos clearing doesnt work. I would replace that.
