I'm looking to finally join the PC Master race, iv'e done some research and came up with this build.
I was hoping to get some advice or suggestions for it. I will be playing game and doing homework if that matters, also I would like to keep the build under 1300$

Looks good to me, although the only thing I would definitely change is the SSD to an M2 Nvme drive.
970 Evo is pretty damn good but about 40$ more for same size

You might want to weigh up the option of going for the RTX2060 instead of the 1070ti.

It wont be as fast as the 1070ti but it is newer tech, gives you Ray Tracing and DLSS (which future games will utilise) and is cheaper.
