Question Looking for an alright IPS monitor with a pivot?

In need of a new monitor and the three most important things I'm looking for are that it's IPS, relatively low lag, and that it can be pivoted 90 degrees. Right now I'm using an ASUS VS239H and it gets the job done, so I'm not looking for top of the line or anything. Only problem is that it does not have a rotating stand sadly. Looked around a bit and have had a tough time finding exactly what I'm looking for outside of like ROG monitors, which is way outside my need and definitely budget. It seemed like the
ASUS VN279QL had everything I was looking for but it's AMVA+ and the colors didn't seem to compare to favorably to IPS. Don't really know anything beyond this point so any suggestions and pointers greatly appreciated.

Well your monitor supports 100x100mm VESA, so you could just get a tilting stand for it?

Sorry for the late response but I took your advice and got a stand. I will use these when it's time for a new monitor so thank you. Likewise to Aeacus I don't know anything when it comes to sorting through the models so this is a big help.

This has so many awesome features, especially for an amateur monitor buyer like me lol I’ve always wanted one to accompany my laptop and I think this might be the one for me right now. Great recommendation.
