A couple months ago I posted a thread and asked for help upgrading my computer. Whatever parts I would need, etc. one of the lists Of parts I was given was
CPU: AMD Athlon II X2 260 3.2GHz Dual-Core Processor ($58.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 650 Ti 1GB Video Card ($89.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: EVGA 500W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply ($24.99 @ Newegg)
Unfortunately the processor listed only listed on one site. And I can't find it anywhere else. But its always out of stock. I've been looking for about month and haven't seen anything about it actually having one in stock. I have the other pieces from the list. The power supply and the video card. Does anyone possibly know what other processor would be compatible with the other components and my computer itself.
the model number is: ET1331G-05w
Considering I have no idea what you might need I'm just giving the model number on the computer.
Thanks, to whoever helps. :)

It may or may not. Some AM2+ boards (not all of them) can use AM3 CPU's with a BIO's update. Any Phenom II is going to be AM3 so you have to check your Motherboard manafactures website for BIOs version that will support AM3.

The motherboard model is MCP61PM-GM.

I might just get the Phenom X2 550. I might upgrade the mother board when I actually have the money to pay for it myself. At the moment my father is paying for all this.
It should be compatible with everything?
