Question Looking for an appropriate monitor for this build

After much deliberation, and "paralysis by analysis" this is the build that I decided to go with.

With that in mind, what monitor would you recommend?

1080 vs 1140?
144MHz vs 165 or more?
IPS vs TN vs VA
Response time? (Is .5ms a big enough difference over 1ms?)
Contrast?

Just so many factors that I don't fully understand.
