Looking for an atx mobo with a usb 3.0 header for under $100

I really can't find one anywhere that meets all 3 of these requirements...

Do you care about the chipset? Z97 or??

Why ATX? Do you need 7 slots. M-ATX with 4 slots is often cheaper.

You can expand your choices if you can use usb3.0 add in card.

go to newegg.com and search for a motherboard with the specs you want on it, and at the price point you want, then you can compare your options, i just got a gigabyte 970a-ud3p from new egg and it was 74 dollars, and it has a usb 3.0 header... also do you want amd or intel?
