uHi guys, my specs are these
i7 7700K
ASRock Z270 Taichi (2017)
2 x 8gb DDR$ SDRAM Corsair vengance 3000 mhz
A samsung SSD 256GB
Zotac RTX GeForce 3060 12 GB gddr6

I have the luck to flight to USA and I was willing to do un upgrade to my PC. The first thing that I think I should change is my motherboard and maybe add more 2 x 8GB more of ram. What do you think?

Could someone recommend me any better motherboard for my setup?

I would upgrade your cpu/mobo/ram to newer components, what ur budget?
What type of games do you play?
Along the above mentioned upgrades, i would add a aftermarket cooler, if you dont have one already. Whats ur case?

I think my priority right now is the mobo, then the RAM and lastly the cpu honestly.
Usually play LOL, SC2 and games like F1 and hogwartz legacy. However, this last two I was able to play in really low quality, so thats the thing I want to upgrade.

My case is a generic one but a good one, but I don't discard to change it soon.

The budget, I want a mid tier tbh, I remember I spent around 180 U$D (buying it back is around 270 U$D) for this one. So, may be around that amount it would be great.

If you could please recommend me a set of MoBo and RAM it would great

The thing is, upgrading to a different/newer motherboard would require atleast a new CPU, if you plan to keep ur ddr4 ram to save money, and if you decide to go ddr5, it will be more expensive option.
It is pointless to upgrade your motherboard with your current CPU, you wont get a perfromance increase.
You need a new system upgrade, cpu mobo and ram (potentially).

I guess you are right. I'm not in the position of spending 500 in a motherboard + cpu combo 🙁
You're kind of stuck where you don't have any upgrade paths except the RAM, and I wouldn't spend money there either if you're looking to upgrade everything in the near future. You already have the best CPU your board can handle, and a better motherboard won't run your CPU, so your only real option going forward is a whole new build....you could get a few dollars back by selling your old components, but it won't be much.
