Go for the ryzen 5 1600 it is $265 newegg.ca $40 more then the 1500x plus the 1600 is a much better cpu.

the 1500x does come with a cpu cooler.

With Ryzen 1600 and 8GB RAM instead of 16GB. You could also keep the 16GB and just drop the SSD.
