Looking For Better Fans

I'm just about to build my very first build and I'd like to get better aftermarket fans for my case with brighter LED lights. I don't know exactly how fans work in cases as I'm still in the early steps of my computer knowledge.

I have a FX-8320 w/ M5A99FX, 8GB RAM, HD 7770 GPU, 2TB HDD and 650W PSU
*Video Editing/Game Recording
*Overclock & Crossfire not all that important yet

So what fans would you guys suggest that are good brands that are REALLY BRIGHT or would it be better to get the tower with liquid cooling support and which would you guys prefer?

Also, are there LED light kits that can be placed in your case? How do those work if so?

if your just getting into pc building i wouldnt opt for a custom water loop but closed loops like the h100 are very good performers
for fans i would go with coolermaster sickle flow or bitfenix spectre fans as they are both higher quality fans and give off a decent amount of light

For better Air flow with great looks i would go with a NZXT CA-PH410-R1 Phantom 410 especially the red one
