Looking for budget DAC for workstation

Just picked up some Presonus studio monitors and I want to move away from internal sound cards. Looking at the Shiit Modi 3 and the Topping D10. Anybody have experience with external DACs wanna chime in with some advice? I want to spend around a 100 bucks.

Ended up going with the Shiit Modi 3 running on fiber optic connection. Sounds great.
