Looking for Capture Card Compatible with Asus Maximus IV Exteme-Z Motherboard

I think this is the right place to ask, so here goes. I'm trying to find a capture card I can install inside my computer for capture footage from various video game systems I own. I wan't to avoid usb if possible due to owning a old pinnacle usb capture card which made me lag while trying to play through my computer unless its different now. Anyways are there any ideas of what I should get?

EVGA GeForce GTX 570 1280 MB GDDR5 PCI and I have a Intel Core i7-2600 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor.

Oh ok nvm. Reason I asked is because the 650 and up Nvidia cards support shadowplay
