I found one for 400$ specs are
Intel Quad core Q9450 CPU running at 2.66Ghz X4 cores

8 gigs of Heatshielded RAM

750 gigs Seagate Sata Hard Drive @ 7200RPM

HIS Radeon HD 7770 GDDRS Gaming graphics card

Any good?

Ye that basically is the same kind of specs that my father computer has and he can just run Dishonoured. Your probably be limited VRAM wise in current gen games and only be able to play low settings and probably not even at 1080p as the Nvidia GPU of the same power is GTX 650 which I use to use in my pc and it hit many problems with a lot of games.

Its your money so its up to you but if it was me I wouldn't buy a computer like the one you picked, I'd build one as its cheaper and you can source your own parts.

But I don't need to has I have already built my wanted computer.
