looking for cheap hl copy

anyone know where i can find hl cheap? i look around and they made everything platinum and stuff so they can warrant selling it for 30 bucks. I just want to play some cs. still my fav online fps.

Just get your self a copy of Half Life off Ebay and then install the CS Upgrade patch. This is cheeper than getting the CS game but ironicaly is better because then you get HL too! I'm well aware of the "selling cs in a box" scam that they have going at stores. I really am just looking to buy a key but I'm afraid that if I wanted one already in use I could find that for free. thanks for the offer though.

buying games is a sick and twisted practice! three words: File Sharing Programs! FREE! DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME?? YOU NO HAVE TO PAY FOR DA GAMES...

though I must commend you, if I was to buy a game, halflife would be one I might consider buying, when halflife 2 comes out and it doesnt suck (please God dont let it suck) then I will have to buy it. the same goes for fallout 3 (It WILL come out!)

you dont get it smurf, you cant just dl the game. He basically needs the cd-key that is authentic and not in use and the way to do this is by BUYING. Plus if everyon used filesharing, there would be no more games to share as all companies would be out of business. I say download it, and if you like it, buy it. I mean whats 30-40 buks for hundreds of hrs of entertainment?

oh but I do get it, I am just a cheap [-peep-] and you can get a cd key generator or just a cd key for almost all games, online games excluded of course, though I have successfully used a generator for playing counter strike
