Your CPU won't effect internet speed only the performance of your pc.. Where are you from? Because you can get whatever CPU you want in USA for 10000 lol.

Any i3 or i5 from the last 5-6 years would do fine for those purposes....

(Not sure what a Rupee buys these days!)

When you say "CPU", are you talking about a computer or just the CPU? If a computer and you are talking about rupees, that is about $150 USD, you would need to buy a used computer.
