Solution
Intel AMT is for remotely controlling your PC. It does not have any use for the average user, and should stay disabled. If you want to enable it, then you need to enable it in the BIOS.
Hello.

As far as I know, that is totally unrelated to the video card. Also, no amount of drivers in windows will affect the PC and stop it from even booting.

To be exact, this driver is Intel AMT:
https://support.lenovo.com/ca/en/olddownloads/ds000657
But as I said, it will not change anything even if you install this.

Did you correctly install your video card? Including the 6 or 8 pin connector for PCIE? Have you tested another video card? Is your Power Supply Unit sufficient for your video card?

Yes I Installed everything correctly I've checked it a million times for some reason under device manager. My pci e slot comes up under unknown devices
So I looked all night for solution and apparently you computer says I'm missing the driver to actually run my express slot. Idk to much about computers I'm just getting into it. But I'll go home tonight and Install what u gave me and see if it works. When I run the fix it solutions from Windows for hardware and devices it tells me that I'm missing my driver for pci e

What I am asking is: when you install the card, does the computer at least have a picture? Or does it not boot at all? (no beeps, no picture, etc)
Remember that you need to connect your monitor(s) directly on the new card when you install it.

OK so if I start from the beginning. Before I install the card I go to bios and change my video settings to peg for my pci e right? Then shut down install card change monitors to new gpu card. When I boot up nothing happens it just shows me a black screen with a blinking dash. So what I did was take the card out, go back into bios (because when I have setting set to peg with card in I can't access bios) change my setting to on board with card still in and computer runs fine but doesn't detect Nvidia gtx 645 under device manager.

Model of mother board is

Lenovo 7034c24

First of all, you do not need to change any settings in the Bios, the PC is supposed to switch to the PCIE card automatically. I suggest leaving the setting where it is and installing the card.

Next, if you have a picture, with a blinking dash, then the issue is not any amount of drivers. You will need to update your BIOS to support this video card.
You can find this here:M91p Lenovo
Follow the correct procedures to update this. It is a risky procedure, and if incorrectly done will render your PC unusable.

Just to be precise, the GTX 645 is an old card? You can try a more recent card, and it may not have this issue with your PC.

ok yea im gonna try a new newer card tmrw. i just got home and i went into bios set it back to AUTO for video setup tried to boot up and nothing same thing that has happened before. black screen and the beep code..... beep long pause 3 times and then the blinking dash pops up in the top left corner.

saturday morning i updated my chipset and my bios. so i dont think its that. i honestly think its my pcie driver, for some reason my chipset didnt install the driver for it from wat im being told by another computer builder.

when i run the hardware and device fix it from windows it tells me "the driver for PCI Serial Port is not installed. Install the latest driver for the device" then i have to option to apply this fix or skip this fix. but when i click apply this fix for some reason its unable to find the driver online and doesnt fix it.

im literally stuck because i think if i put this other card in tmrw that i knw is good and works because its being used in another computer, its jsut gonna do that same thing because its missing a very important driver please help

thanks im gonna try this driver you just sent me i tried the other one before and it didn't work, this one might not either because its not for win 10 but im gonna try

so i tried to install the link you just sent me and it says "intel active management technology (intel r AMT) status Disabled

to enable or disable intel amt contact your authorized system administrator? but it installed anway when i click ok?
