Will the following configuration suffice as a start to a PC for gaming type purposes (i.e. EQ, DAoC, etc.):


CPU Choices:
Athlon XP 2400 256 cache
Athlon XP 2500 512 Cache
Athlon XP 2600 512 Cache

Any of the above with:

Memory:
512 DDR PC2700

Graphics Card:
G-FORCE FX5200 128 meg 8X AGP

Which motherboard would be better?

Gigabyte GA-7VT600-1394
or
Gigabyte GA-7S748

Computer geeks has an Iwill k7sn-3 board for only $35 with the sis 748 chipset. Otherwise, I would scan pricewatch for an nforce2 board with dual channel memory support. It's simply the best chipset for socket a cpus.
