Looking for good GPU to pair with my processor

In my current setup, I have an Intel Core i5-7500 and an ASUS OC 2GB RX-460. I am currently looking into a decent upgrade for my graphics card that would work well with my CPU. I was looking into getting a 6GB GTX 1060 but I am not too sure if that would be a good match with my processor. Any suggestions would be much appreciated

GPU prices are very bloated at the moment thanks to miners, so my advice would be wait for a while. What's you budget anyway? Do you want to go with AMD or NVIDIa?

You pick the video card according to the monitor and refresh rate.
Your CPU is fine for a single 1080p monitor the gtx 1060 will be just fine.
The higher the resolution the higher end card you need.

That card costs 430$ right now, which is insane for a 1060 :-D

All video card prices are jacked up right now because their none in stock (supply and demand)
I would wait a while or just get a GTX 1050ti with plans to upgrade when the prices are not so crazzzzzey.
