Looking for good Power supply for my build

I have gone through and found all the parts i need for a budget vr gaming/regular gaming pc except for the psu. I need some thoughts on a psu that's 30 to 45 dollars and that works well with the current build:

Intel Core i3-6100 3.7GHz Dual-Core Processor

Asus H110M-A Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2133 Memory

Cooler Master N200 MicroATX Mini Tower Case.

30 - 45 dollars will net you a garbage PSU.

The Corsair CX450M is the cheapest PSU you should consider. It sometimes is in that price range after rebates. Otherwise its usually around $60
