my lil bro has a dell optiplex 780 dt with a 255w psu so what is the best graphics card that is compatible with this thing?

i would look at a r7 240 or gt 1030(1030 is significantly faster) not sure of the case form factor but consider if it is a full size case or small form factor. if small form factor make sure a sff bracket is included with the gpu
