Looking for graphic card recommendation for Z170A GAMING M5 motherboard

I have Z170A GAMING M5 motherboard and want to upgrade my graphic card to supports my G-Sync monitor (ViewSonic XG2703-GS 27"). I currently use MSI R9 390 GAMING 8G as graphic card.

Any suggestions?

For 1440P/165hz I'd recommend the GTX 1080 ti. What CPU do you have?
