i have hp z400 with 475 watts psu 85% efficent
i want to buy gigabyte geforce gtx 460 it requires 500 watrs psu and also two 6-pin connecter mu psu got one 6-pin connecter but also got two molex connecter so ican manage another 6-pin connecter i wanna know if my psu able to run this card or not?

The psu will not be able to run that card. The reason being the GPU requires a minimum power supply is that a computer on startup, for a couple seconds will spike to maximum draw for the components. If the PSU load spikes too high too fast, for example 460 out 475 watts used, the PSU will panic and shut off.

I would upgrade the power supply first to match the card you want to get.

Go with the GTX 750Ti in my opinion. It is a great build for the price!

The best you can get without also getting a new power supply is a gtx 750 ti.

A version that does not need additional PCIE power plugs.

No, it needs a 6-pin pcie power cable.

You need to make sure it does NOT need additional power connector.
