Looking for hardware solutions

My PC config is
mobo gigabyte 970a-ds3p,CPU amd fx 4300,
memory corsair vengeance 2x8 GB 1600mhz ,
HDD WD blue 1tb 7.2k rpm,
GPU MSI nvidia geforce gt 750ti twin forza
PSU frontech 450w..
I'm having two different type of problem..1st it stops working after a few times of opening,HDD led stay still but keyboard n mouse stops responding.2nd restarts automatically after few times later wen I starts to play game or try to install games or software or surfing internet.
I've checked my CPU temp.it says 40-55 while installing or open a game.also cleaned all cooler fans n d whole cabinet.replaced thermal paste.but it results same.recovered once thought it might be cause of unidentified source software or something but didn't work.also unchecked automatically restart option from system settings but still its not working..
