looking for help on where to find license key microsoft on laptop

I did a restore on my Satellite C875-S7303 laptop, when it came back on it asked for Microsoft license key, during the restore it seem to have lost it. where would i find it on the laptop? Thank you

From W8.1 onwards, the key is embedded in the BIOS and communicates with MS's servers. You can skip the prompt for a key for now. Once you're back online, it should activate just fine*.

*Unless you've previously upgraded to Windows 10 - at which point, the key essentially gets absorbed and associated with W10.
