Looking for help with an error screen popping up constantly.

An error screen keeps popping up saying "this driver can't release to failure!!"
I ran the trouble shooter checked every hardware installed for problems and everything work good. What is wrong here. I build this pc with all new parts. Motherboard is a Gigabyte F2A88X-D3H, NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1060. EVGE A 500B PWR SUPPLY,HYPERX FURY MEMORY 8GB X2,
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Did you install Gigabytes App Center? - if so the uninstall it and reboot.
