What games can i run with this specs

I wouldn't play games on it. It can handle games from maybe the gameboy days and older.

Agreed, that is really low spec. Your list of games will be some stuff from the early 2000's and older. You are much better off to buy the cheapest intel/amd cpu, cheapest motherboard, and one of the cheapest graphics cards which all together you may pay $100/125. You still won't be playing any new games, but you can play probably anything before 2004, and a lot of games after even some new ones on the absolute lowest settings.
