I am planning to buy a budget Gaming rig with the follwlng components

i5 4430 LGA 1150
ASRock z87 extreme 3 mobo
Cooler Master cabinet
Corsair vs650 psu
WD Cavier Green 1TB HDD
Transcend 8 GB JetRAM 1600

I am already having a 21 inch moniter that supports 1080p.

I am also planing to buy a msi n660 oc edition afterwards.

I will be playing some mid level games like skyrim, crisis 3,Bf 3,prototype 2,Watchdogs ,Assasins creed etc.

How much fps will i be getting? Are all my components intercompactible? Can I get more gaming performance with any better combinations in the same price range?

You would get better performace in games for the price, from a R9 270x. (http://gpuboss.com/gpus/MSI-Radeon-R9-270X-vs-MSI-GeForce-GTX-660)

Both fairlt equal though, depends which one is cheaper where you are. Also if you want to run Nvidia technologies like PhysX and G-Sync

You can get a cheaper motherboard and downgrade your PSU. If you're only looking for fps then go with AMD graphics cards (HD7870, R9 270X etc.). Other than that, everything looks good. Don't forget to purchase a licensed 64-Bit OS if you don't have one already as a 32-Bit OS won't support more than 4GB of RAM (usually around 3.41GB). Hope this helped.
