Looking for Low budget motherboards for AMD Phenom II x6 1090T processor

Hello all, this is my very first post on Tom's hardware. I'm looking for a low budget motherboard for AMD Phenom II x6 1090T processor. My current motherboard ( MSI MS-7597 ) has already given me lots and lots of troubles. Please, suggest me some good low budget motherboards as I dont really have enough options at the place I live and I am on a tight budget. Thanks !

Current Motherboard : MSI NF725M-P31 [MS-7597]
Processor : AMD Phenom II x6 1090T 3.20 Ghz
RAM : 4GB 1333Mhz DDR3
GPU : ATI Radeon 5450 HD 1GB

Thank you for the suggestion Sorry for delayed response. Because my PC gets turned off after few seconds of boot up, I am totally unable to use my PC which is just very sad for me. I will post my problem soon !
