Looking for low budget parts for a gaming pc

Hello tech masters,
I'm planning to build a GAMING pc, I won't go for high budgets, I have already bought GTX 750Ti graphics card, Intel Xeon x3440 processor (90 Watts), please recommend me a suitable motherboard (Lga1156) , a COOLER and what ram type should I use? (planning for 8gb ram), should I buy 2 separate rams 4x2/8x1 and can I install an SSD hard disk on an Lga1156 Motherboard?

You more than likely won't be able to game with that processor, as it's really old with low base clock speeds. Also, good luck finding a motherboard for it. They were discontinued in 2012-2013.

EDIT: You can still find motherboards on Ebay, but most aren't new and you're kind of gambling with them.

The problem with 99% of “budget builds” on youtube is they recommend a crap power supply. This video included.
