Looking for mid-budget GPU

I've been looking for a graphics card for my desktop PC for a while, but I have no idea where to look. Here's my current hardware...
MB: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2P
PSU: RaidMax ATX12V Power
GPU: ATI Radeon 3000 Graphics (board-integrated)

Any other specs you need to know, just ask.

Like the title says, I need a graphics card that's good for gaming, and mid-range price. Say $100-$200 about. Of course I will be able to change out the PSU for a higher wattage as well.
