Which router/modem brand/ model supports auto wifi scheduler & real time data usage monitor and fiber connection?

Like it has to turn of at specific time ranges daily and then turn on automatically.
Plus real time data usage monitoring function.

Solution
You are asking for a lot and as mentioned you are not going to get a consumer grade box that can do this. Your average consume is lucky if they can get the unit out of the box and the power plugged in.

In addition to the above what do you mean by "fiber". The method for delivering internet over a optical fiber is not very standard. Many systems are based on a protocol called GPON but there are many options and then you have vendors that use other proprietary methods.

It is going to make your project much simpler if you can get some box to convert the fiber to ethernet. Generally these are called ONT. What exact box you need is a question for your ISP.

After that your issues is mostly software and finding a device that can...

Not a specific answer per se with respect to a specific make and model modem.

However many routers and modem/routers with parental controls include admin screens to control times when the device can be active.

The User Guides/Manuals should provide more information (beyond just posted "specs") regarding the features and functions of any given device.

Many devices also have logs of various sorts that (if available and enabled) will provide some such information.

User Guides/Manuals can be very helpful with regards to discovering what a device can and cannot do. The latter is often much less explicit....

Just a thought.

Your fiber requirement is going to be the problem.
"home" routers which might have the scheduling you want, don't have fiber.
"small business" routers might have the fiber but not scheduling.
Real time data usage monitoring requires storage. Most routers don't have that.
You probably want to build a pfSense firewall/router to meet your requirements.

TP-Link, Archer C80 supports scheduling but not monitoring data usage, maybe using tether app on ios would give the monitoring option too?
and tp link archer ax50 supports both but not sure fiber..
