Looking for monitor that is able to turn

Trying to find a monitor, doesn't need to be anything fancy. I want a monitor that would be able to spin a full 360 degrees so I can have it in portrait mode for my work. I do a lot of stuff in code so I'm looking for a 3rd monitor with this feature. I would like it to be at least 22in or larger. My budget is about $130. I almost went for one of those older dells.
