looking for network monitoring tool for Windows machine

I do have Windows servers, and the Windows network performance monitor does not give you a good details.

I am looking for a free application to tell me what are the IPs communicating with my machine, Port number, how much bandwidth each IP utilize ?

are there any available tool ?
