Don't look at printer price only. "Photo" printer limits you to ink jets, and the printer ink is one of most expensive liquids.

What is your budget? What is expected print volume?

Whatever you do - look for printer with separate ink tanks (that is, at least four).

Usually I Need this printer for passport size photos and volume is not much higher and budget would be under $500.
