looking for new graphics card

Hello guys,
im planning to get new gpu ati radeon hd 4890 cross fire 1 gb ddr5, im getting in good price. Just wanna know, can i play some of the latest games in low or medium setting? hope i get positive answer. thanks in advance.
My PC specs:-
Intel Core 2 Duo Cpu E7500 @2.93 Ghz
Motherboard: Intel DG31PR
RAM: 4GB DDR2
PSU: 450Watt Pentium 4 atx 2.03
HDD: currently 320GB(will upgrade)

Dont buy that GPU. Its old, power hungry, and doesn't support DX11, let alone DX12.

I would pass on that GPU, also. You'll need to upgrade the PSU to a 600 watt to run it. For less than a hundred bucks, you can get a GTX 750 Ti that will be more powerful and will work with your current power supply.

ok i understand that. But im getting it at a very very cheap price. Hope it runs in low setting . Is It OK or this GPU is waste in playing low profile games??

i checked GTX 750 ti and it is very very costly as compare to hd 4890. GTX 750 ti cost around $166 but radeon hd 4890 im getting it only for $22.65. I hope it runs in low setting just for time pass being

go on amazon you can get a 750ti for 105$
