Looking for pc that can run lol and other "simple" games

I am having problems looking for a laptop(or desktop that is under 400 and has at least 1gb graphics, 4-8 ram, at least (also I am a noob to pc's)

Don't know of any laptop selling for under $400 with a dedicated graphics chip. Even Black Friday deals.

LoL runs pretty well on the Intel HD 4400. I don't know what "simple" games includes.
