Looking for recommendations for first PC build

I'm looking at building my first gaming PC but don't know what parts I should get for what I'm looking for must have are:

• 
  Built in WiFi or enough slots to install WiFi board
  
  Capable of running high resolution games ex. Skirim with high definition mods
  
  Over clocking
  
  Enough storage for games and every day office work
  
  Case with see through side panel
  
  Room to upgrade on the mother board

I don't have a budget lower is better but willing to pay what I need to for what I'm looking for. I thank you in advance for any help that can be given
