Looking for solving the problem with the annoying leds

My mouse leds wont turn off after shutting down my computer, I checked all USB Options in BIOS trying to make it turn the leds off while my computer is turned off.
My MOBO is an ASRock H81M-VG4 if that matters.
I wanna solve this problem because I dont really want to unplug the mouse every night or cut the power of the PSU off.

can't be done. when your computer is sleeping, it's actually still on and still feeds power to the USB ports because it's waiting for a signal for when you want to turn it back on.

the only way to turn off the laser in the mouse is to cut the power to it, which something you can't do when the computer is sleeping.

I did not meant "sleeping"
I meant while the computer is turned off/shutdown.

originally you wrote sleeping, but now you edited it.

your computer is still providing power to the USB ports when off. it's a feature on many computers and motherboards. look in your motherboard's manual to see if you can turn it off

I did not found anything into the mobo's manual, is there any other way to disable USB ports after my computer shuts down?(apart from cutting the power from the psu)
