Looking for some great air CPU coolers

Hello, so guys i'm looking for a very good air CPU cooler (price range 60€ max). I'm getting the I7- 6700k and i'm planning to overclock it a bit and i want to keep it as cool as i can. I wanted to ask you which one should i get? I was thinking about getting the Scythe Ninja 4, it seems to be a good cooler, but i wanted to make sure that it's worth getting it or is there something better in the price range ?

Hyper 212 EVO or the H7 from Cryorig, both are very good, ran them along with some AIOs and a CM GTS V8 on my 6600K and all did very well
