Looking for some Whiteboard (Net/Lan) software.

Does anybody know of any decent whiteboard software (Free or Commercial),
that I can connect to another Ip (with them having a copy on there machine),
and we can just draw. Don't need nothing else, IM'ing, or Video or nothing.

Me and a mate have a project on the go, and drawing diagrams is much easier,
than trying to describe over Skype, or sending pictures back and forth...

I'm on MSN V7, ad for the life of me I couldn't find the option?

Not sure about MSN v.7, but I use MSN v.6.2 and Windows Messenger 4.7.2009 ,
and it's at the bottom of the "Actions" menu for both of those
