Looking for stable quiet motherboard

I don't really do any over-clocking but do play the occasional game (mostly FPS). I'm looking for a nice stable mobo (atx) with latest intel chipset that runs fairly cool so during normal web browsing or working in MS office, I don't have to have the case fans blasting.

I currently have an EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 SC GAMING 8G video card that I will continue to use. My current mobo is an Asus z87 plus. It has been fine and I like that I can lower the fan speeds down to barely a whisper but I'm starting to have issues during boot up with it hanging at the boot screen. I have to restart multiple times.

Not necessarily stuck on Asus brand and would like to stick to the $200 or below range.

Thx,

Rut

I can't recall the last time I heard a loud motherboard. And now that the most of the chipset is on the CPU they should be even better. If you hear your case fans, get quieter case fans. But any board should be good. It's not like they have 40mm screaming fans on the heatsinks anymore.
