looking for sub 300$ 2DIN carradio with GPS, Mp3, DVD, Ipod and 7" touchscreen

so, like the title says, I´m looking for a 2DIN radio thats basically just a 7 inch touchscreen and preferably NOT with a cheesy interface like the sony ones with random colors in the background.
When it comes to carradios I have no idea which company is good and which is a noname and since I´d like GPS I feel like I need a good one
also sub 300$ or € would be ideal
