Looking for the best 140mm and 200mm 3 pin fans

Have a Thermaletake Armor+ case with some molex adapter but I'm not sure how they work and my exhaust is taking up my boards 4 pin, so I'm looking for the best 3 pins in those sizes.

just info U can use 4 pin (pwm) fans as 3 pin ones ...
no bad affect....

In fact u can u use only the 2 pin (power and ground) but it will only runs at full rpm.......

for best fans.. what the budget? more better fans can priced double than normal fans.....
