Hello guys!
I've been having heavy input lag issues.
Sometimes it goes away for a bit by just restarting the PC.
If anyone has a B650/Ryzen 5 7600X and does not have issues with his games so I can copy his settings on bios like cpu advanced settings and stuff like that.

I know every PC is different but it wouldn't hurt to try.

I have b650 aorus elite ax/ryzen 5 7600x/kingston fury 6000mhz 32gb(2x16)
Thanks!

Did you disable all your Green/Eco features ? (APMs)
For AMD I recommend disabling HPET if it still exists in Gen 6 Bios.
As for Ram your CPU supports 5200mhz, after that you're stepping into OC and instability.
If you want better Ram response, get ram with lower CL/CAS timings instead.
Input lag issues, tearing, stuttering have more to do with OS, Drivers & Game setups.
You can find those setups on the internet.

This is the largest boost for Zen architecture especially if the issue is indeed the stutter and input lag. Going from 2666C19 to 3333C14 manual overclock is pretty sizable change in frame time consistency to me in CPU sensitive title (in this case Fortnite)

Thanks for your responses guys!
I don't have stutter/tearing. I've been only experiencing input lag.
I disabled power saving modes in bios, hpet is not available in my bios(its hidden).
RAM doesn't seem to make that much of a difference other than the EXPO that seems to make the system unstable.
Last time I had a game feel "great" was on default bios with only custom PBO and hd audio/internal graphics disabled.

I've got a 7600X with EXPO RAM 6000 CL36

All I did was to use "Ryzen Master" software to work out the best "curve optimizer" settings (which came out at -30) and I clicked "Auto OC". I'll add a screen shot of my settings.

This has dropped CPU temperature a lot and really increase performance, I don't have any input lag.
On "User benchmark" my CPU scores very high compared to other users https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/63737710

custom PBO
So wait, you have PBO and you turned it off?

On AM5, XFR (the X in AMD CPU naming scheme) is particularly aggressive to get to 95 degree limit. Without beefy cooler your boost isnt going to be as high as other system with better cooling. That would be why PBO helped here if you also use Curve Optimizer alongside.
the best "curve optimizer" settings
You can use the BIOS settings. Conveniently, the video i usually use to showcase PBO uses Gigabyte motherboard, the process will be the same as your own, OP.

Yes, I use curve optimizer which sadly came out to -15 but it's all good since I didn't lose much performance and my temps have gone way lower. I also limit the CPU to 85W and 85C alongside. It never goes near these temps anymore tho.
Optimum Tech is the guide I used to do these.

I mean my PC works fine without curve optimizer too but I don't see the point of getting 10 extra fps and having the PC sound like a jett engine.

What do you believe other than C-States is important disabling for competitive FPS gaming ?
EXPO is honestly the worst thing lately, weird things are happening when it's on but I believe these didn't happen before the latest bios update.
I believe I need manual ram settings but I'm not experienced with rams.

Here is my userbenchmark before I stopped using EXPO.
