Question Looking for the best gaming RAM for a MSI PRO Z790-A MAX WIFI

Im looking at upgrading my gaming system to;
CPU - i7 14700kf
MBO - MSI PRO Z790-A MAX WIFI

I need a RAM upgrade too and unsure what to go for. Id like to have 48GB or 64GB but im not sure about performance/latency 2vs4 sticks etc if someone can shed some light on it.

Ive been using this website as reference on what to choose but i could do with other people opinions too.
