Hello there toms hardware! Excuse my excitement but i just took my very first step towards overclocking tonight thanks to all you good people. Now i want to upgrade some of the more crappy parts of my PC. My current build is:
gigabyte z68xp-ud4
i5 2500k now @ 3.6
2x4 gskill sniper 1866 - just ordered to replace the garbage i currently have - LP cause of future
msi gtx 770 2g - just ordered to replace the 560 i currently have
64g SSD ocz agility 3 being used with that intel response thing
there is a cosair liquid cooler installed, its small though, dont know the name
some standerd HDD - Gonna go full SSD
850w thermaltake pw. bronze cetified
My question is, would upgrading to my MOBO and CPU the i5 4670k and Asus
Maximus VI Hero be a huge difference? if so then
this is what i will be planing on doing if i change out MB and GPU http://pcpartpicker.com/user/crazyahren/saved/3hvb
will just need help with PSU (if current is), computer case. Along with suggestions on the rest. ty.
