Looking for upgrade

Okay so let me start by telling you my ancient PC specs:
CPU: Athlon II X2 265
GPU: Radeon HD 6570
RAM: 2gb Kingston DDR3
PSU: Generic Fortress 700W

So I am planning to upgrade my GPU and RAM to a 750ti and 8gb and I'm replacing my broken motherboard for 25$ so that's a minus but one of my friends said that it will bottleneck though I somehow agree but then it won't be much. So what I wanna know is. Can you give me recommendations? I only have a 150$ budget

Solution
From videos I've seen of those parts you should be fine. You can do a YouTube search which will have many results and also some older post with the same question.

If you will have more money later and want to upgrade in steps you might like a ryzen 2200g. Based on benchmarks I've seen for both the 2200g should perform around the same as a 750ti, maybe a small edge to the 750ti.

With a 2200g you could add as high as a 1060 or 580 without bottlenecking.

Assuming the motherboard supports it this should be a nice upgrade from the dual core cpu and it's 50$

Then you can spend the other 100$ on this...

Maybe some of the other phenom 2 x4 or x6 on eBay with same or higher clock speed. Not sure how much it would improve because these are also old.

You could also look for cheap used 1050ti and even rx560 is decent and better than 750ti. They are better in this order.

750ti-560-1050ti-570 you can also look for slightly older 460 and 470 gpu. Did you have 150$ left afte4 purchasing motherboard and ram or is this total budget for all?
