Where can you buy the USB cable that connects the mobile phone to the printer?

Micro or mini USB to USB "B" is what you probably need. I say probably because they are not same everywhere.

Here in the United States, you can buy those little cables at every drug store, convenience store, second hand store, gas station, grocery store, swap meet, bazaar, etc. etc.

But first have to know exactly what those 2 devices have for connections. I have phones with a micro and phone with mini USB connectors. The other thing, connector on the printer can also have USB with A female or B or some other kind of USB receptacle.

Yes, I agree with CountMike. If you can, you can take your cable with you to the store that way you can match it up perfectly because there are countless variations.
