Question Looking for VERY small (about 60x20 mm) SBC

Basically I'm trying to build a very compact phone.

I need it to have a USB-C, headphone jack, and microSD and SIM card slots, as well as some way to plug in a touchscreen, even if it's one of those tiny internal plugs that laptop and phone screens use (I don't know what they're called).

I've searched everywhere for something like this and not even found anything that small, let alone with what I need. Does something like this exist, or would I be looking at a custom-made board with all those requirements?

Thanks

20mm is really small. Standard HDMI port is 13.5mm wide.

Most stick computers are longer than 60mm as well, and most need an external power supply and don't have all the connectors you are after. I suspect nothing quite that small exists with all the options you want.

Even trying to layout all the things you want would seem to take up more space than that. Smallest fully featured mini-PCs average about the size of a person's palm. You want something smaller than two fingers.

If you find something, post back, I would probably buy it as well.

So I did some more research. and yeah, the best things as small as I was looking for were RP Pico form factor chips like ESP32 and Ox64. Nothing like I was looking for. I'll probably keep tweaking my plans and learn more about designing my own board.

One question though - how do modern phone/PC stick manufacturers manage to fit so much into their products when SBC manufacturers can't? Like a phone is basically a whole computer with cameras, speakers, etc. while a comparable SBC is either a lot bigger or less powerful. I was hoping to just find something more high-end with the same form factor and just better specs, but it doesn't look like anyone's making one.

Thanks again for your help
